These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radar Growth website and the services we provide. By using our website or requesting an audit, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Radar Growth designs and builds websites for local businesses. Our core offering is a complete website for a one-time fee of $1,000, plus $300for the first year of hosting and support — $1,300 total to launch. Hosting and support renew at $300 per year thereafter. Exact scope is confirmed with you before any work begins.

2. The free audit

Our free website audit is provided for informational purposes to help you understand how your current site is performing. It carries no obligation to purchase, and we make no guarantee of any specific business result from it.

3. Quotes and scope

We confirm the scope, deliverables, and price with you before starting. Work outside an agreed scope may be quoted separately. Timelines we share (for example, a 3–7 day delivery estimate) are good-faith estimates and may vary with project complexity and how quickly we receive content and approvals from you.

4. Payment

Fees are due as agreed before work begins or at the milestones we set out with you. The $300/year hosting and support plan is billed annually and can be canceled before renewal; cancellation stops future billing and ends the associated hosting and support services.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the content we need (text, images, logos).
• Confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us to use.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time so we can keep your project moving.

6. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the final website we deliver is yours to use for your business. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party components (such as fonts, plugins, or stock assets) remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Hosting and annual support

The first year of hosting and support is included in your launch price; it renews at $300/year. The plan keeps your site online and maintained — covering hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and priority support. If the plan is canceled or unpaid, we may suspend the hosting and support services associated with it.

8. Communications consent

By submitting our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your website and our services. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is.” We work hard to build effective websites, but we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radar Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
